Good Friday Services
Friday, April 18th at 4:00 + 6:00 PM
Join us for Good Friday Services as we worship together and focus on Jesus' sacrifice on the cross. Services will also be available online.
Good Friday program for children ages 4 years through 2nd grade. Childcare will be available for infants through 3 years old.
Easter Egg Hunt
Saturday, April 19th from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM (RAIN OR SHINE)
This FREE Easter celebration will be fun for the whole family! Activities include face painting, crafts, games, bounce houses, photo-ops, and of course, hunting for eggs!
You may even see the Easter Bunny! We can’t wait to see you!

Nursery Care will be available for the Saturday night service. Our typical Nursery and Sunday School programs will be available at all three services on Easter Sunday.
Easter Offering
Island Christian Church has a tradition of receiving a special offering on Easter. This year, we are excited to partner with Helping Hand Rescue Mission in Huntington Station to contribute to their Community Kitchen project. They are building a commercial kitchen and home-like dining spaces for those in need. The project is well underway, and we want to help push it further!
The mission of the Community Kitchen is a living representation of Luke 24:35, "And they shared what had happened on the way and how He was known to them in the breaking of bread." ​​Gathering around a table to share a meal brings people together and creates a space to experience the presence and hope of Jesus.
Any funds received for the Easter 2025 special offering will be distributed to Helping Hand Rescue Mission for the Community Kitchen project. Give online with the link below. You can also contribute by mail, or the dropboxes in the lobby, being sure to indicate “Easter 2025” on the check memo line.
