Sanctity of Life Sunday
January 18, 2026
Each year, we intentionally preach through the four threads of biblical justice because following Jesus always shapes how we love, protect, and care for others, especially the most vulnerable. Scripture consistently reminds us that God sees, knows, and loves each person, and that His people are called to do the same.
We are honored to welcome Doreen Janson as our guest speaker this Sunday. Doreen was the Director of Soundview Pregnancy Services for many years and oversaw it's most effective growth and expansion. Soudview is a ministry that offers hope, practical care, and life-affirming support to women and families in our community. Her work reflects what it looks like when the church moves beyond words and into action, meeting real needs with grace and truth. She has recently retired but continues to serve and advise throughout the Care Centers.
This sermon will be meaningful as we listen, learn, and remember why the church speaks into issues of justice year after year, not from politics or pressure, but through the lens of Scripture and the heart of God. My prayer is that we would leave encouraged, challenged, and reminded that our faith is meant to be lived out in love.
